• Starting the Stamets Stack

Lions mane and niacin arrived yesterday. I’ve read the recommended niacin serving is 50mg. You have to search for that size on Amz, most come in a higher dosage.

I ordered the LM ‘Bulk Supplements’ brand. Used it in the past and always liked it. The only problem is the serving size is 4/5 of a teaspoon for 1000mg. I need to find a better way of measuring it rather than eyeing it…. I mean I’m good, but not that good.

We’ll see what the stack delivers.

I use the stack as well. I was shocked at the difference between regular niacin and no-flush niacin. That flush is CRAZY! Definitely get the no-flush stuff if you can.

Ha! I meant to buy the flush, but got no flush. I figured at the lower dose of 50mg I wouldn’t feel that ‘hot’ feeling that niacin gives you. I will take your word for it.

This morning was the first time taking the stack. I think it gave me more energy.

I have been mixing lions mane powder in my coffee off and on for years. It’s an acquired taste for sure. In the past I’ve mixed my athletic greens, lions mane, powdered fiber, a couple drops of vitamin d….i call it my aids cocktail.

I’ve currently swapped out AG with Legion Genesis…..also an acquired taste in coffee.

If anyone has other ways of taking their powders I’m all ears.

The flush is crazy. I was going to take a time-lapse video to show why you DEFINITELY want no-flush niacin.

Your daily “stack” is awesome. I do the lionsmane and niacin on microdosing days only, and also do AG and vitamin D each morning. But I don’t ruin my coffee with anything. Just a nice daily fresh bean french press and enjoy it au natural!

On workout days is my powder (protein) blended with oatmeal, seeds, fruit and kale. I don’t usually eat meat so the kale helps with B-12 and I’ll do an injection every month or so to just be sure.
